40 CFR Reference Guide
The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. It is divided into 50 titles that represent broad areas subject to Federal regulation. Each volume of the CFR is updated once each calendar year and is issued on a quarterly basis. The 40 CFR listing pertains to a set of regulations put forth by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

FDA Approval
Many drums and containers are used for packaging products approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA.) Products include fruit pulp and juice, liquid sugar, as well as the aseptic packaging of tomato products and related by-products.
